WE ALL HAVE ONE THING...
Click on the registration link below to enter into our February Focus ONE THING CHALLENGE. Everyone has ONE THING that they can focus on to improve their health & wellness - from drinking more water daily to being able to do more pull-ups. Whatever your ONE THING is, we are ready to help you focus and hold you accountable to achieving your goal.
Throughout the month, you will be provided with personalized tasks/exercises based on your individual focus through email. There will also be opportunities to meet one on one for exercise/nutrition support with the SimplyFit staff.
Examples of some areas of Focus
> 30 minutes of cardio 4 times per week
> drink more water daily
> increase strength in specific exercise or body part
> give up alcohol for the month
> touch toes with straight legs
> read more
> reduce intake of saturated fats or added sugars
> learn to meditate to relax
The focus can be ANYTHING - whatever is important to you to improve your well being.
