Lap Swimming/Walking
Adult Lap Swim is $10 per lane, per hour (workout passes may be used for lap swimming). If you are a SimplyFit member with the Fitness Plus membership, lap swim is included as part of your monthly membership. Advanced registration is required to hold your space. Lanes are limited to only one person per lane. The registration link is posted every Thursday at noon for the following week - Monday through Sunday.

Tuesdays 7AM - 9AM, 10AM -3:45PM / 7PM - 9PM
Wednesdays 7AM - 3:45PM / 8PM -9PM
Thursdays 7AM - 9AM, 10AM - 3:45PM / 7PM - 9PM
Fridays 7AM -4PM
Saturdays 6:45AM - 7:45AM,
Sundays 7AM - 1PM

Our warm water pool Aqua Fitness program is taught by experienced instructors and helps promote and enhance physical and mental fitness. Aqua Fitness is usually performed in an upright position in shallow or deep water. We offer several options to appeal to a wide variety of adults.
The water’s unique properties allow the pool to provide an environment for people of all abilities. Buoyancy creates a reduced impact environment that is easy on the joints, while offering resistance that challenges the muscles. Water lends itself to a well-balanced workout that improves all major components of physical fitness – aerobic training, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Water aerobics can conform to almost any individual needs, abilities or restrictions. You can adjust the size and speed of your movements to change the level of exertion that best fits your needs. Water aerobics allows every joint and muscle to be used at the same time. Water aerobics can be done no matter what your age, weight or physical fitness level is because water keeps the body buoyant and therefore does not unduly stress the joints and muscles. Classes are 55 minutes in length and are currently limited to 18 participants.
