Class Descriptions.

BALANCE & WEIGHTS
​This class combines balance moves with strength exercises. The class is designed to increase body awareness , balance and flexibility.  And of course, have some fun!  Classes are 45-60 minutes.
BARRE MOVES
​This workout is designed to improve strength and flexibility, as well as, restore good posture.  Using little to no equipment, you will tone and sculpt your muscles from head to toe using a collection of moves from classical ballet barre, Pilates, and yoga.  Classes are 60 minutes.
BARRE FUSION
​This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength, restore posture, self confidence, and energy, while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe using a collection of exercises from classical ballet barre, Pilates, and yoga.  Classes are 60 minutes.
BOOT CAMP
​Built on three fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility.  A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training - bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.  Classes are 60 minutes. 
CARDIO MOVES
​Moderate intensity cardio focused workout aiming to keep heart rate elevated.  The workout will incorporate a mix of body weight, light free weight and cardio exercises, like brisk walking.  Classes are 45-60 minutes.
CHAIR JOINT MOBILITY
With a chair for support, this class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony.  Classes are 60 minutes.
CORE DYNAMICS
​This core focused class is a fusion of the strengthening movements used in Pilates, yoga and traditional muscle building. This class will focus on developing greater core strength, increased lower spine flexibility and stability, overall midline muscle control and improved balance. Classes are 60 minutes.
DEEP RELEASE
​This practice focuses on the release of tension along the spine, in the hips, and in the major muscle groups. The practice is confined to the mat-postures are seated, kneeling and reclining with attention to slow and deep breathing, while maintaining poses through several breaths.  Classes are 60 minutes.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
This class focuses on exercises that all strength building leads to a purpose - building core strength to support and improve the overall strength of the core and lower back, building upper and lower body strength to correct imbalances and to support the total body for athletic and yoga practices.   ​Classes are 60 minutes
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
This class is appropriate for all individuals seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and nourishing yoga practice.  EVERYONE is welcome and encouraged to attend. Classes are 60 minutes 
JUST STRENGTH
This workout is a full body strength focused workout.   Using dumbbells and your own body weight you will go through a variety of exercises, squats, lunges, shoulder press, bicep curls are just a few of the staple exercises.  Classes are 60 minutes.
KICKBOXING
​This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. The class combines martial arts including punches, kicks, and knee strike techniques with fast-paced cardio all set to fast-paced music.  Build stamina; improve coordination and flexibility.  Classes are 60 minutes
STRENGTH & STRETCH
​Total body exercises using dumbbells and your own body weight to tone and strengthen.  Approximately 45 -50 minutes of strength work followed by 10-15 minutes of STRETCHING!  
STRETCH & CORE
​This workout will incorporate a variety of exercises to strengthen the core - abdominal crunches, plank holds and full body movements that train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony.  Stretches for the whole body will be mixed in with the core exercises to improve overall flexibility and muscular balance.  Classes are 60 minutes.
STRONG BY ZUMBA
​Strong is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased after burn.  Classes are 60 minutes
WALKING WEIGHTS
​This class combines strength and cardio. Have fun while performing a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of  movement and activities for daily living.  Classes  are 45-60 minutes. 
   Pre-registration is required to attend all classes
