ARM LAB

This workout is designed to focus on arm strength and toning for the arms and shoulders. Classes are 15 minutes.

This class combines balance moves with strength exercises. The class is designed to increase body awareness , balance and flexibility. And of course, have some fun! Classes are 60 minutes.

BARRE MOVES
|
This workout is designed to improve strength and flexibility, as well as, restore good posture. Using little to no equipment, you will tone and sculpt your muscles from head to toe using a collection of moves from classical ballet barre, Pilates, and yoga. Classes are 60 minutes.

BOOT CAMP
BOXING - CARDIO & STRENGTH

Built on three fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility. A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training - bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Classes are 60 minutes.
This high energy class challengers the beginner and advanced exerciser alike. This workout will be split into 30 minutes of cardio endurance with boxing moves like punches, jabs and kicks. The second 30 minutes will be focused on strength used in boxing. Classes are 60 minutes.

With a chair for support, this class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony. Classes are 60 minutes.

CORE DYNAMICS

This core focused class is a fusion of the strengthening movements used in Pilates, yoga and traditional muscle building. This class will focus on developing greater core strength, increased lower spine flexibility and stability, overall midline muscle control and improved balance. Classes are 60 minutes.

This workout will incorporate a variety of exercises to strengthen the core. Stretches and movements for the whole body will be mixed in with the core exercises to improve overall flexibility, mobility and muscular balance. Classes are 45-60 minutes.

DEEP RELEASE
DRUMS ALIVE
|
This practice focuses on the release of tension along the spine, in the hips, and in the major muscle groups. The practice is confined to the mat-postures are seated, kneeling and reclining with attention to slow and deep breathing, while maintaining poses through several breaths. Classes are 60 minutes.
This class of unique drumming cardio workout is performed using chairs, buckets and drum sticks. The rhythmical patterns of the drum increases synchronization of brain wave activity which provides feelings of euphoria and improved mental awareness. All levels welcome. Classes are 60 minutes.

PILATES FUSION

This workout is a full body strength focused workout. Using dumbbells and your own body weight you will go through a variety of exercises, squats, lunges, shoulder press, bicep curls are just a few of the staple exercises. Classes are 60 minutes.
This class combines strength and movements to improve overall mobility. Have fun while performing a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Classes are 60 minutes.
This class will work to balance all muscle groups - strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the classical Pilates Mat Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights. Pilates is a challenging, yet safe method to sculpt your body and feel increased agility in your every day movements. Classes are 60 minutes.

This strength focused workout is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using a 3 pound bar with interchangeable weight plates with lots of repetition, Pump gives you a total body workout. Pump instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own. You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. Classes are 60 minutes
