Follow the workout below. When finished, fill out the entry form and click the submit button to be entered into the drawing and receive one entry into GRAND PRIZE drawing at the end of the challenge. Workout must be completed by 11:59PM Saturday, May 27, 2023 to be included in the drawings.

Complete 3 sets of 15 of each exercise Warm up with cat cows, then stand and do plie twists and side reaches or punches. > Bicycle fast and slow > Side plank - elbow to knee or twist > 3 one minute center planks or 2 two minute center plank > On belly - Superman’s > Cobra stretch then child's pose |
