Moms! You deserve a safe and child-friendly place to practice yoga and take care of YOU! Come enjoy a laid-back yoga practice with your little one. We will go through a yoga practice with your child in hand or by your side. Afraid your little one will cry or not cooperate? No problem. This is meant to be a safe environment for mom AND child, to mingle and immerse in the practice of yoga! Breastfeeding friendly. Feel free to "wear" your little one or bring any supplies/activities that will make this a more comfortable environment for you and your child. Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket. Masks required. Limited spots to allow for social distancing. For mom and children age 0-2. (other age groups coming soon).

Brittany Thatcher came to the practice of yoga in 2017 by first finding Aerial yoga. She pursued her 200-hour yoga certification in 2018 along with her aerial certification. 1 year later, In July 2019, she welcomed a baby boy. Ever since, she slowly began finding her practice again alongside her son. She is excited to connect with other moms and bring the tools she has to them and their little ones. Her goal is to create a space that is safe for them and their little ones to mingle (in this new era of coronavirus) and to learn and practice yoga.
