JOIN IN ON A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT DURING ONE OF THE SESSIONS OF THE HVCHS WELLNESS DAY.
This workout will provide you with strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility training, using a bands, balls and body weight. You will be amazed at the workout you can get simply using your own body weight and a few exercise accessories. All you need is comfortable workout wear and a bottle of water!
In addition to getting a workout, you will potentially learn a few new exercises that you can incorporate into your daily exercise routine, as well as a few stretches to do through out day to help with hip tightness, back pain and or shoulder soreness.
